Business Planner: Text in Article Title Overlaps Itself (233452)

SYMPTOMS

When you view an article in Microsoft Business Planner, text in the title may overlap itself and be difficult to read.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if one or more of the following conditions are true:
  • The title of the article is very long.

  • The Large text size option is selected in Business Planner.

  • You reduce the size of the Business Planner window.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, reduce the text size displayed on the screen:
  1. On the Go menu, click Options.
  2. Under Text Size, select the Small or Medium option.
  3. Click OK.
If the issue continues to occur, maximize the Business Planner window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Business Planner.
