Business Planner: 20-Second Delay Before Program Starts (233445)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to start Microsoft Business Planner, you may experience a 20-second delay before the program starts.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are viewing a wizard interview page when you quit Business Planner, and one or more of the following conditions is true:
  • You run Business Planner on a Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.

  • You attempt to start Business Planner immediately after you quit the program.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, click Exit on the Wizard toolbar before you quit Business Planner.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
