SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Business Planner, text on the Business Planner home page may be displayed with jagged edges.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the display settings for your computer are not configured correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Display.
  3. Click the Effects tab.
  4. Under Visual effects, click to select the Smooth edges of screen fonts check box.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Close Control Panel.
