When you drag the scroll box up or down on a wizard interview page in
Microsoft Business Planner, the scroll box jumps to a position near the
top of the scroll bar when you release the mouse button.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
- Click a scroll arrow to scroll up or down the page.
- Click the scroll bar to scroll up or down the page.

If you drag the scroll box to the extreme top or bottom of the scroll bar,
it remains in place when you release the mouse button.
