Colored Streaks Scanning Image with USB Logitech PageScan Scanner (233422)

SYMPTOMS

When you scan an image using a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Logitech PageScan scanner, the scanned image may contain colored vertical streaks.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you scan an image after the computer resumes from Hibernate mode.

RESOLUTION

You must download the calibration for the scanner again after the computer resumes from Hibernate mode. To do this, unplug the scanner from the computer and then plug it in again.
