SYMPTOMS

When you start the Microsoft Personal Web Manager tool in Microsoft Personal Web Server, and then click Publish to start the Home Page Wizard, you may receive the following error message:
Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click OK, and then follow the instructions on your screen to complete the wizard.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows 98 Second Edition.
