Square Displayed in My Computer in Web View Using Matrox Millennium (232782)

SYMPTOMS

When you upgrade your computer from Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows 98 Second Edition, you may notice a blank square in the left side of the My Computer window.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have a Matrox Millennium video adapter installed and you are viewing folders as Web pages.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the Matrox Millennium video adapter drivers from Matrox.

To work around this issue, click View in the My Computer window, and then click to turn off the as Web Page view.
