SYMPTOMS

When you try to view the DVD movie "Kalifornia", you may be unable to do so. Also, if you view the contents of this DVD movie in Windows Explorer, the movie may be incorrectly identified as an audio CD-ROM with one track named "track01.CDA".

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using an early version of the DVD movie "Kalifornia". Some early versions of this DVD movie are defective, and have been recalled by the manufacturer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, return your defective version of this movie to the retailer for a refund or replacement.
