When you press the Sleep Hot Key on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard to
start your default screen saver, the Ssbezier.scr file may appear in the
following locations:
- In the Documents folder on the Start menu.
- In the <drive>:\Windows\Recent folder, where <drive>
is the drive letter of the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows
is installed.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you do not select a default screen saver.RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, select a default screen saver. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click
Control Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- Click the Screen Saver tab.
- In the Screen Saver box, click the screen saver you
want to use.
- Click OK.
- Close Control Panel.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Natural Keyboard version 1.0.
