When you press the Mail hot key on one of the Microsoft Internet keyboards listed at the beginning of this article, you may experience the following symptoms:
- Your e-mail program may not start.
- If your e-mail program is running in the background, it may not be brought to the foreground.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro version 1.0 software on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the Microsoft IntelliType Pro version 2.1 or later software.
