SYMPTOMS

When you compose a new mail message in Outlook Express 5, and start typing in the body of the message, if you press ENTER, the font size changes. If you type some additional text and press ENTER, the font size may change again. This only occurs with new text, previously typed lines do not change.

For example, if you open a new message, type some text in the body of the message in Arial 14 point (pt), and then press ENTER, the font size changes to Arial 12 pt. If you type more text and press ENTER again, the font size changes to Arial 10 pt. The font size may may increase rather than decrease.
