SUMMARY

The Message Categorizer, which is included as part of the Windows 2000 operating system, has a very extensive list of counters provided for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes. To access these counters, in Performance Monitor, on the Edit menu, click Add To Chart. In the Object box, select SMTP Server to see the counters in the Counter box. The Message Categorizer can be independently monitored for each Virtual Server Instance.
