WD2000: Neutral Insertion Point When Using English (U.S.) Word 2000 (231638)

SUMMARY

If you use a right-to-left version of Word 97, you are accustomed to seeing an insertion point (cursor) with a flag that indicates text direction. If you install the English (U.S.) version of Word 2000, even if you are using the Office 2000 MultiLanguage Pack, you notice that the insertion point, both in left-to-right and right-to-left, is neutral; that is, there is no flag to indicate direction.
