e-mail program may start.CAUSE This issue may occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer is not
configured to use your preferred e-mail program. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, configure Internet Explorer to use
your preferred e-mail program. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to
Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
- Double-click Internet or double-click Internet
Options.
- Click the Programs tab.
- In the Mail box, click the e-mail program
that you want to use.
- Click OK.
- Close Control Panel, and then restart the
computer.
