XADM: Confusing Message When You Enable Basic Authentication for IMAP4/POP3 (230539)

When you enable the Basic Authentication method for either POP3 or IMAP4, you receive an informational message that indicates that passwords will be sent as clear text across the network. This dialog box also has the following message:
This warning does not apply to IMAP4S (or SSL) connections.

This warning does not apply to POP3S (or SSL) connections.
MORE INFORMATION
This message is simply indicating that the warning does not apply to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections. When you are using SSL, the transmitted data is encrypted.
