SYMPTOMS
A SELECT query involving DATEDIFF, AGGREGATE, and ANSI SQL-92 join syntax may receive the following error message:
Server: Msg 8624 , Level 16 , State 7 , Line 1
Internal SQL Server Error
WORKAROUND
To avoid the error message, use the ( *=, =*, or =) Transact-SQL join syntax.
STATUS
