Err Msg: The Page Cannot Be Displayed (230206)

When you use an Internet program on an Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) client computer, you may receive any of the following error messages:
The Page cannot be displayed.
The Mail Server can not be located.
CAUSE
This issue may occur for either of the following reasons:
- The ICS host computer is started or restarted after the ICS
client computer is running.
NOTE: The ICS host computer does not send notification to the
ICS client computers when the ICS routing and DHCP services are
shut down. - The client side browser is set to use a proxy server.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
- After the ICS host computer is completely started, open
the Internet program on the Client computer. If the error message
still occurs, continue to the next step.
- Click Start, click Run, type winipcfg in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Click Release All.
- Click Renew All, and then click OK.
- If this does not resolve your issue, verify that the client is
not configured to use a proxy server:
Internet Explorer 5- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet.
- Click the Connections tab, click LAN Settings, and verify that the Use Proxy Server check box is unchecked.
Internet Explorer 4.0, 4.01 for Windows 95 and Windows NT- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet.
- Click the Connection tab, click LAN Settings, and verify that the Access the Internet using a proxy server check box is unchecked.
