SYMPTOMS

After you install Links LS 1998 Edition, your computer's overall perfomance may be reduced.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the hard disk in the computer is fragmented.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, defragment your hard disk.

To defragment the hard disk on a Microsoft Windows 95/98-based computer, run Disk Defragmenter. To do this, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Disk Defragmenter.
