SMS: SMS Provider Deletes Collection When Computer Name Starts With a Number (229950)

The Systems Management Server Provider will not delete any Collections that contain the computer name that has a numeric value as the first character, for example, 1SKYMAN. This name will fail in the deletions of any collections.

Rename the existing file in the SMS\Bin\I386 directory path and copy the hotfix to the SMS\Bin\I386 directory.
