SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to import log files with Site Server Usage Import, the following error message may occur:

Error querying the import job, unable to open any log files associated with the following log data source: log data source.

Clicking OK generates the following message:

Import complete

This error can occur if any of the following fields are excluded from the import:

UsernameMethodURI StemHTTP StatusBytes sentProtocol version

Site Server Usage Import needs these fields to import correctly.

Ensure that the fields listed above are included in the web server logging options.
