SYMPTOMS

The systems keyboard and mouse are disabled after installing the Intellipoint 2.0 driver on Windows NT 4.0 with beta versions of SP5 (1.023 - 1.030) and rebooting. This has been fixed in the final version of SP5.

RESOLUTION
