Your computer may display a STOP or blue screen error message with the following parameters:
STOP 0x0000001E (0xc0000005,0xa0055c99,0x00000000,0x00000008)
Your computer is also running Findfast.exe.

RESOLUTION

Windows NT Server or Workstation 4.0

To work around this problem, remove Findfast.exe from the Startup group. This problem was discovered in Findfast.exe from Microsoft Office 97 SR2.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 6.
