SYMPTOMS

You turn on AutoArchive and set AutoArchive properties that some of your items meet. Despite this, no items meeting your criteria are archived.

CAUSE

One possible cause for this problem is that you have a large number of mail folders, or items in your personal folders file (.pst).

RESOLUTION
