16-bit Programs Print Monochrome Instead of Color (229255)

When you print using a 16-bit program in Windows NT, you may print monochrome print jobs instead of color print jobs.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if your printer uses 24 bits per pixel (bpp) to render print jobs.
