When you shop a Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Commerce Store, an error message similar to the following occurs in the browser:
Commerce.MtsPipeline error '80030003'
Error loading the pipeline configuration data from the file:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\storename\plan.pcf
/storename/i_util.asp, line 114
CAUSE
After you install the ::$DATA fix described in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 188806::$DATA" Data Stream Name of a File May Return Source, the server variable APPL_PHYSICAL_PATH no longer contains a trailing backslash ( \ ).

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Site Server version 3.0, Commerce Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.
