OL2000: Unable to Synchronize Your PDA with Outlook Subfolders (228913)

SYMPTOMS

When synchronizing your desktop computer contacts with your Windows CE Handheld PC (H/PC), only the top level default Contacts folder on your computer is synchronized.

RESOLUTION

There is no way to synchronize subfolders with these devices. You can only synchronize top-level folders.
