When you attempt to print a Works 95 word processing document containing bullets, the bullets may not be printed correctly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your printer replaces the TrueType font you are using in the document with the default printer font.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, configure your printer to print using only TrueType fonts. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click your printer, and then click Properties.
- On the Font or Fonts tab, click to select the Always Use TrueType Fonts or Print TrueType As Graphics check box, and then click OK.
NOTE: If you cannot configure your printer to print using only TrueType fonts, you may need to obtain a later version of your printer driver.
