XCLN: Error Importing Schedule+ Interchange File into Outlook 98 (228484)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Import/Export wizard in Outlook 98 to import calendar data from a Schedule+ interchange file (.sc2), you receive the following error message:
Component not installed:

CAUSE

The Schedule+ interchange (.sc2) translators are not installed.

RESOLUTION

To add the Schedule+ interchange (.sc2) translators, in Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, select Outlook 98, and click Add Components. The component you need to install is "PIM Converters."
