Index Server Menu Is Retained After Upgrading from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 Professional (228407)

SYMPTOMS

When you upgrade a Windows NT 4.0 Workstation-based computer that has Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 2.0 and Index Server version 1.1 installed to Windows 2000 Professional, the Index Server menu is retained after the upgrade.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
