SUMMARY

There are no drivers for the ATI TV Tuner card included with Windows 2000. This card is an additional ISA card that connects to the ATI video adapter with a connector. This card may not be correctly identified during Setup.

MORE INFORMATION

There may be several entries under the following registry key that seem to indicate that the TV Tuner card is supported by Windows 2000. However, Setup does not correctly identify the hardware:

Hkey_Local_Machine\System\Currentcontrolset\Services\Atirage\Device0

In Device Manager, there may be question marks for the components of the TV Tuner card. Device Manager associates the devices with the ATI 3D Rage Pro PCI adapter, but is unable to locate the drivers. The device type and manufacturer are listed as "Unknown." The location may be listed as "ATI Technologies 3D Rage Pro PCI Card." There may be four of these entries under the Other Devices branch in Device Manager.

For information about Windows 2000 drivers for this device, please contact ATI.
