Magnifier Does Not Keep Focus When You Move or Resize a Window (228116)

SYMPTOMS

When you use your keyboard to move or resize a window, the Magnifier accessibility tool may lose focus on the current window.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you disable the Follow Mouse Cursor feature in the Magnifier tool.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Start the Magnifier tool.
  2. Click to check the Follow Mouse Cursor check box, and then Minimize the Magnifier tool.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
