SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft Baseball 2000, you may experience any of the following symptoms:

  • The graphics on the screen may be distorted.

  • The graphics on the screen may appear pale and washed out.

  • Graphic elements may appear in an incorrect location on the screen.

  • The field radar may not be displayed correctly.

  • Sections of the outfield may not be displayed correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented. If the issue continues to occur, proceed to the next method.

Refresh the Graphics on the Screen

To refresh the graphics on the screen, press CTRL+F5. If any of the symptoms persist, quit and then restart Baseball 2000.

Change the Screen Resolution

To change the screen resolution, follow these steps:

  1. Start Baseball 2000.
  2. On the Home Plate screen, click Options.
  3. Under Resolutions Available, click a different screen resolution, and then click OK.

Disable MIP Mapping

To disable MIP Mapping, follow these steps:

  1. Start Baseball 2000.
  2. On the Home Plate screen, click Options.
  3. Click to set the MIP Mapping option to Off, and then click OK.

Disable Triple Buffering

To disable Triple Buffering, follow these steps:

  1. Start Baseball 2000.
  2. On the Home Plate screen, click Options.
  3. Click to set the Triple Buffering option to Off, and then click OK.
