When you unbind the Client for Microsoft Networks, you do not disable shares on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, disable file and printer sharing. To do this, unbind the File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks service.

When you unbind the Client for Microsoft Networks, you do not disable the Lanman Server. You do disable RPC.
