You cannot rename the Incoming Connections icon.

To use the Network Connection Wizard to create an incoming connection, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Network And Dial-Up Connections, and then double-click Make New Connection.
  3. Click Next, click Accept Incoming Connections or Connect Directly To Another Computer, and then click Next.
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the Network Connection Wizard.
