SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to install either of the programs listed at the beginning
of this article, you may receive the following error message at the end of
the installation process:
Mmedit.dll was unable to register itself in the System Registry.
RESOLUTION
These files are installed by Microsoft Internet Explorer. To resolve this
issue, use the appropriate method for your operating system and version of
Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 on Microsoft Windows 98
Use System File Checker to extract these files from the Windows 98 CD-ROM.

Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 on Microsoft Windows 95
Remove Internet Explorer and then reinstall Internet Explorer from the
Greetings 99 or Home Publishing 99 Disc 1 CD-ROM. To reinstall Internet
Explorer, double-click the following file on the program CD-ROM
<cd-rom>:\MHP\IE401SP1\Ie4setup.exe
where <cd-rom> is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive.

You may be able to resolve this issue by running the Internet Explorer 5
Repair Tool.
