If your Internet Explorer browser window is sized to 640 (width) X 1000 (height) and you press CTRL+N to open a new Internet Explorer window, the new window is created with a different size (for example, 800 X 400).
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing.
