SYMPTOMS

You may be unable to increase the Site Configuration Manager heartbeat to 10,080 minutes (7 days). The maximum heartbeat setting as reported in the Scman.log file is 7,200 minutes (5 days).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 1.2 Service Pack 4.
