ACC2000: Can't Print or Print Preview Modules from the Database Window (225912)

This article applies to a Microsoft Access database (.mdb) and to a Microsoft Access project (.adp).

SYMPTOMS

When you select a module in the Objects pane of the Database window, the Print and Print Preview commands are unavailable on the File menu, and the Print command is unavailable on the shortcut menu.

RESOLUTION

Print the module from the Visual Basic Editor. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, point to Macro, and then click Visual Basic Editor.
  2. On the View menu, click Project Explorer to display the Project Explorer window.
  3. Select the module that you want to print, and on the File menu, click Print.
You can also print the module this way while it is open in the Code window.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
