FIX: Selecting CSS-Positioned HTML Elements Crashes Visual InterDev (224956)

SYMPTOMS

When selecting multiple HTML elements that use CSS positioning in the Visual InterDev Design Editor, Visual InterDev might generate an Access Violation and shut down.

RESOLUTION

Install Visual Studio Service Pack 3.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
