OL2000: (IMO) Error Message: "1904 :Module Wfxrstrz.dll Failed to Register" Starting Outlook (224921)

When you attempt to start Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
1904: Module Wfxrstrz.dll failed to register
CAUSE
You installed Microsoft Office 2000, including Symantec Fax Starter Edition, to a folder containing an apostrophe (') in the name. Symantec Fax Starter Edition cannot be installed to a folder with an apostrophe in the name.
RESOLUTION
Install Office to a folder that does not contain an apostrophe in the name.
