SYMPTOMS
When you choose to send e-mail from other Microsoft Office 2000 programs, there is no option to switch between HTML and Plain Text for the message.
RESOLUTION
Add a Windows Registry entry to add HTML and Plain Text buttons to the E-mail toolbar.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
