OL2000: HTML Message Printed with the Rules Wizard Formats as RTF (223955)

SYMPTOMS

When you print an HTML-formatted message by using a Rules Wizard rule, the message will be converted to Rich Text Format (RTF). If the message contains tables and pictures, such as a Web page, the HTML coding will be displayed.

RESOLUTION

Print the message by opening it and clicking Print on the File menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
