If you use Outlook running from a Windows 2000 Terminal Server or a Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0 Terminal Server Edition, and Outlook is configured to dial your modem to send and receive e-mail, you may
receive the following error message when you attempt to make the dial-up
connection:
The port is already been used by another device or the port is not properly configured.
CAUSE
Terminal Server is not designed to have multiple e-mail clients sharing a modem for their dial-up connection.
