SBCM: Database Import Process Occurs When Not Selected (223821)

When you use the Small Business Customer Mananger (SBCM) Start Wizard to create an new database and select not to import accounting data, and accept that the synchronization will be only with Outlook, the wizard appears to go through the process of creating the database.
CAUSE
The Start Wizard process for SBCM creates the necessary database tables initially so that if accounting data is imported later, the data structure needed to accept the data will already exist, so this behavior is by design.
