OL2000: Changing Selection of Personal Address Book Imports Wrong PAB File (223736)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Import and Export Wizard to import a Personal Address Book (PAB), if after selecting one PAB you change your mind and select a different one during the import process, the original PAB is imported.

RESOLUTION

If you want to switch to a different PAB to import, click Cancel to quit the Import and Export Wizard, and then start the import process again.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
