ERROR MESSAGE
When you use Outlook, you are unable to publish, or in some cases view, Internet Free/Busy information on the Internet. You receive the following error message
An error occurred publishing your Internet Free/Busy data.
Could not connect to FTP site. The URL was ftp site address
An error occurred reading Internet free/busy data. Could not connect to FTP site. The URL was ftp site address
where
ftp site address is the FTP site you tried to access.

CAUSES
WHAT TO TRY
Anonymous Login Disabled
Enable anonymous login on the FTP site, or include the username and
password in the FTP address.
The proper address format for an FTP site that has anonymous login disabled
is:
ftp://User:Password@ftp.user@host.domain.com/Usersfolder/Freebusy/Myname.vfb
where
User is the Username of the account and
Password is
the password associated with the account.
