Outlook Mail Configurations
A problem may exist in the configuration of your Internet e-mail
account in Outlook. Additionally, there may be a connectivity problem with your
Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Problems with the Mail Message Store
The message store for Outlook is the personal folder. This file
stores Outlook objects using a special internal folder structure. If the file
is damaged, it may not allow the delivery of incoming or outgoing
mail.
