FIX: DhStyleBase Missing setBackgroundImage() (223366)

SYMPTOMS

The DhElement doesn't seem to expose DhStyleBase's setBackgroundImage( ) method. This method doesn't show up in the IDE's intellisense.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

Create a new "Code-Behind HTML" Project in Visual J++, version 6.0.
Try adding the following piece of code to the generated onDocumentLoad( ) method:
```
this.setBackgroundImage("a_valid_image_url.gif");
```
You'll notice the IDE's intellisense does not expose the method setBackgroundImage( ).
