SYMPTOMS

When you click Quit or Cancel, you may be unable to quit Microsoft Scholastic's Magic School Bus Explores the World of Animals for Windows.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if any of the following conditions are true:

  • Your sound card is disabled.

  • A hardware resource conflict exists between your sound card and another device in the computer.

  • No sound card is installed in the computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use Device Manager to determine if your sound card is configured properly.
