Date Picker Control Does Not Allow 4-Digit Year Input After 2035 (223292)

When you are using a program that uses the Date Picker control and you type a date later than the year 2035 using four digits, the date may be mapped to 19XX instead of 20XX. For example, if you enter 2045, a date of 1945 may be displayed instead.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Internet Explorer service pack that contains this hotfix. To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix.
